Not fancy.. but sure is immaculately clean. Every day you come back to incredibly clean bleached floors, bathrooms, etc. Comfy enough and clean enough and definitely quiet enough. Pretty nice =)

What a shame... its in a beautiful courtyard in Nice France and yet... its just no good. They simply serve non-sushi grade fish. Ebi, Unagi are OK, but if you eat anything raw you'll be sorry.
