Just across the street from the main entrance gate of Troja Castle in Prague... It is an amazing zoological park on the right side of the bank of Vltava river. About 10 km to walk all cross surprises here and there... It was such nice sunny Sunday, so we decided to enjoy in a fake paradise, which is located on one of tops of hilly Prague.
In August 2002 was almost half of the area flooded. Such an unexpected thing which damaged the surrounding along the Vltava river. There was a big question mark about the future of allover surrounding of both bank sides of the Vltava river as far as it's long...
It is a long time ago since I have been in the zoological garden last
time. As a child I loved to watch any movement of any animal, which has
been at home in that moment, and I always came back to see if any more
of this or that were born or grew up a bit at least... It was
some kinda secret happiness of mine.
This time, after eight years or so, I enjoyed the zoological garden the
most, except of the funicular doesn't work. Anyway, we enjoyed all
across the garden, and sunshines pointed on the most important friends which we met outside.
Young Hippopotamus and giraffes was my destination of today.
We did aim well, even plan we had was to take a nice, slow, calm
walk to the top of the zoo park, and then down hill to follow one curve
by another , switch-backs everywhere...
We get it till sunset, and feel good...
